Villarreal CF will join Vila-real Town Council at the International Tourism Fair (Fitur 2025), held from January 22-26 at IFEMA in Madrid.

Representing the Region of Valencia, the club aims to highlight Vila-real’s unique tourism offerings and the Estadio de la Cerámica as a premier destination for sports, culture, and leisure.

Supported by the Valencian Community Tourist Board, Villarreal CF has been a key ambassador for promoting Vila-real globally.

The Estadio de la Cerámica, named in tribute to the region’s ceramics industry, is not only a modern football stadium but also a cultural and gastronomic hub.

Features include the immersive Museum & Tour, three restaurants, the 1923 Club, and a state-of-the-art lecture theater, making it a multifunctional space of international appeal.

Vila-real has earned recognition as the “town of football,” boasting the most football pitches per capita in Europe and nearly 75,000 square meters of sports facilities.

Collaborating with the local government, Villarreal CF has transformed the area surrounding the stadium into a vibrant cultural plaza featuring sculptures by renowned artist Jaume Plensa.

This initiative aligns with regional strategies to position the Valencian Community as a hub for sports tourism and sustainable urban development.

The presentation will take place on January 22 at 12:00 PM CET at the Region of Valencia Tourism stand.
