Key Program Benefits

Earn While You Learn – Selected candidates will receive paid training throughout the two-year apprenticeship, beginning in September 2025.

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Thompson – March 20 at Best Western Hotel, Thompson, MB
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

During these sessions, attendees will gain insight into the training process, career pathways, and responsibilities of a locomotive engineer at VIA Rail. Company representatives will also be on hand to answer questions and guide applicants through the application process.
