FCM Travel, the flagship corporate travel division of Flight Centre Travel Group, has reinforced its global marketing leadership with the appointment of Michelle Jolley as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing. In this strategic role, Jolley will lead FCM’s worldwide marketing initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance brand presence and accelerate business growth across its extensive network spanning over 90 countries.

A highly experienced marketing leader with deep insights into the corporate travel industry, Jolley has built an impressive career within Flight Centre Travel Group. She spent nearly a decade in South Africa, holding senior marketing roles across both corporate and leisure sectors. In 2019, she transitioned to Philadelphia to head FCM’s marketing operations in the United States and Canada, where she most recently served as Vice President of Marketing. Her expertise has been instrumental in expanding FCM’s footprint and driving business success across the Americas.

Alongside Jolley’s global promotion, FCM has also named Gina Ng as Vice President of Marketing for the Americas. Operating from New York, Ng will be responsible for leading the company’s marketing strategy across the U.S. and Canada, reinforcing FCM’s position as a dominant player in the business travel industry.

Ng joins FCM with an extensive background in destination marketing and tourism development, having spent 12 years at the Singapore Tourism Board. Her experience spans multiple markets, including Singapore, Chengdu, and New York, where she most recently served as Vice President of Marketing and Leisure Trade for the Americas. In this role, she spearheaded major campaigns to enhance Singapore’s brand presence and drive inbound travel from the U.S.

These leadership moves signal FCM Travel’s commitment to strengthening its global marketing strategy, fostering innovation, and positioning the company for continued growth in the evolving corporate travel landscape.

“I am thrilled for the opportunity to appoint Michelle to this new global role, as well as welcome Gina to the FCM family,” said Scott Alboni, Flight Centre Travel Group Global Corporate CMO. “Michelle has proven to be an incredibly effective marketing leader with a deep understanding and passion for our business. Her experience, strong leadership, and strategic mindset will be instrumental in helping FCM expand its footprint across borders, while elevating the brand globally.”

Alboni added, “As we further bolster our efforts in the Americas, Gina’s leadership, high-level industry expertise, and creative marketing vision will undoubtedly be integral to our continued success and ensure we are well-positioned for future growth in those markets.”

Jolley assumes her new role with immediate effect, reporting to London-based Alboni. Likewise, Ng’s appointment is also effective immediately. She will report directly to Billy McDonough, FCM President for the Americas, based in Philadelphia, while collaborating closely with both Alboni and Jolley.
