Hilton is set to mark a significant milestone in its growth, reaching 1,000 hotels across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) by this spring. The company’s expansion includes the introduction of its innovative Tempo by Hilton brand, alongside an expanded presence for Spark by Hilton in several high-demand markets.
The Tempo by Hilton brand will make its debut in EMEA this year, with new properties scheduled to open in key cities such as Belfast, Lisbon, and Reykjavik. The first Tempo by Hilton hotels will include the Tempo by Hilton Belfast City Centre, Tempo by Hilton Lisbon Parque das Nações, and Tempo by Hilton Reykjavik, offering travelers modern accommodations in vibrant urban locations.
In addition, the Spark by Hilton brand will extend its footprint to Türkiye and Spain with the signing of Spark by Hilton Van City Centre and Spark by Hilton Madrid Alcalá. By 2026, the brand plans to expand further with the addition of three new Spark by Hilton hotels in France.
Each of these new properties will be part of the Hilton Honors loyalty program, enabling guests to earn and redeem rewards across Hilton’s global portfolio.
With a pipeline of more than 450 hotels, Hilton’s rapid expansion across the EMEA region is a testament to its ongoing commitment to delivering diverse accommodation options for travelers. Hilton’s global ambitions continue to align with the goal of offering a wide range of experiences across 24 distinct hotel brands, ensuring customers can find the perfect stay at any price point, anywhere in the world.
