United Airlines is set to relaunch nonstop flights from Dulles to Albuquerque on May 22. New routes to Nice, Venice, and Dakar highlight bold global expansion.
United Airlines is set to launch nonstop flights between Washington Dulles International Airport and Albuquerque, New Mexico, starting May 22, operating seasonally with a break during January and February. This new service marks the revival of a route that was discontinued in 2014.
May is gearing up to be a busy month for United at Dulles. In addition to Albuquerque, the carrier will introduce nonstop flights to Nice, France, and Venice, Italy, on May 22, followed by a service to Dakar, Senegal, on May 23. Moreover, beginning March 29, United will boost connectivity by adding a second daily flight between Dulles and Dublin.
As the largest airline at Dulles, United will exclusively operate from the soon-to-be-completed Concourse E—a state-of-the-art, 435,000-square-foot facility with 14 gates, slated to open in late 2026. Meanwhile, passengers can also look forward to enjoying Elon Musk’s Starlink Wi-Fi on United flights as early as this spring, with plans to expand the service across its entire fleet.
