STARLUX Airlines launches nonstop Taiwan-Kobe flights starting April 18, boosting Japan travel connectivity with new routes from Taiwan with Kobe, Japan.
Starting April 18, STARLUX Airlines will introduce new nonstop flights connecting Taiwan with Kobe, Japan. These routes will link Taipei and Kobe three times a week, while a daily service will operate between Taichung and Kobe.
This marks the first-ever nonstop air service between Taiwan and the Kansai region city, further strengthening STARLUX’s presence in Japan—its most significant market. With Kobe, the airline now serves 12 destinations across the country.
Flights will be operated using the Airbus A321neo, featuring a two-class configuration with eight lie-flat business class seats in a 2-2 layout and 180 economy class seats arranged 3-3. STARLUX currently has 13 A321neo aircraft in service and six more on order.
Beyond its regional operations, the airline’s fleet includes eight A350-900s and five A330neos, with more aircraft on the way—six additional A330neos and 10 A350s (two A350-900s and eight A350-1000s).
STARLUX continues to see Taiwan as a crucial transit hub for both passenger and cargo traffic in the Asia-Pacific region, reinforcing its commitment to expansion and connectivity.
