What comes in your mind when you think of chilling? Well, let me tell you mine – Kasol! Yes, you heard it right.
Sitting on the banks of river Parvati, this small hamlet is a paradise for backpackers from around the globe. Take a walk along the banks of River Parvati and the picturesque landscape will leave you in awe; dip your legs into its icy cold waters and feel the very movement of water as it gives your spine chills and gives you an adrenaline rush.
The place is also known as the “Mini Israel of India” due to the presence of Israelis in high number. Surrounded by lofty mountains, Kasol is an ideal destination for weekend getaways. Kasol is a gateway for many other destinations like Tosh, Kheerganga, Chalal, Grahan etc.
This tiny little village, Kasol, on the banks of the Parvati river in Parvati Valley seems to speak with the hippie souls like no other place in Himachal Pradesh does. Yes, it has gained popularity in recent decades along with other villages of Parvati Valley. There lies a famous Gurudwara – Manikaran famous for it’s hot water spring.
Though Kasol is a year-round destination, it is best visited during the summer months of May and June. However, people also love to visit the destination during the winter months of November to February to witness Snow.

We depart from Delhi around 6 PM in an AC Vehicle. (Know the true value of time, snatch, seize, and enjoy every moment of it.) Pit stop for dinner at any decent roadside hotel. (Most probably in Murthal)
Reach Kasol by morning.
Go for the Riverwalk (besides the Parvati River), spend some time in the calmness and serenity of Parvati valley.
Go to Visit the famous Manikaran Gurudwara.
Come back to resort/hotel/camps by evening.
You can also visit the local market and explore the famous cafe around.
Bonfire and dinner & sleep overnight at resort/camp/hotel.
Wake up early morning, have breakfast.
Afterwards, head towards Tosh village and let the hippie culture of the village hit you. Later go for a small hike to Tosh waterfall.
We may move towards Kutla if the weather conditions allows.
Later, head back to the accommodation.
Have your dinner at Bonfire under the sky studded with stars and an amazing view.
Sleep overnight in the camps and have an experience of a lifetime.
Wake up early morning to see a beautiful sunrise and have breakfast.
Trek your way down and reach Kasol by evening. (If time allows, visit Kasol market again)
Head back to Delhi with lots of amazon trip memories.
Reach Delhi in morning around 8-9 am.
Double Occupancy: You will be sharing your room/camp with one more traveller Triple Occupancy : You will be sharing your room/camp with two more travellers, total 3 travellers in one room/camp. Quad Occupancy : You will be sharing your room/camp with three more travellers, total 4 travellers in one room/camp.
The idea is to feel young at heart ! As long as you feel the same, hop along. Generally, the agent band for group departures remains 18 years and above. Group members less than 18 years of age are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!
Jio and Airtel would work fine. However other operators lack good signal here. In Kheerganga, no network would be available except BSNL.
Absolutely, we do not do the trek in rush. We take small breaks, dance in between, have chit chats for a happening experience. However, you can go for a 15-20 minutes Jogging starting 1 week prior to the trip.
Solo, Couple or with friends. You can come whatever way you like. Travellers join Solo, with a few friends or as a couple on our group tours, we take them all together and make sure to conduct various Ice Breaker sessions for a happening experience. Check out our Instagram handle, do any of those travellers look that they are not enjoying whether Solo/Couple/Group? People from all over India usually joins.
We're always glad to have a lot of female travellers with us on board! Team captains/leader accompanying you are very well trained and assure the safety of all the fellow travellers be it male or female. Moreover, we always have a local support in case of an emergency at the destination or during travelling.
Alright here's a little warm-up game for you before the trip ! Whosoever reaches first to the pickup point gets to choose their favourite seat ! So, in short, there's no specific seat allotment. Travelers can occupy the seats on first come, first serve basis.
For our weekend fixed departures, you are required to deposit a booking amount of INR 2000-3000 per person and rest of the amount can be transferred at the time of departure. For long expedition tours or customized tours, you are required to deposit a booking amount of INR 5000 - INR 10000 per person and rest of the amount can be transferred 6 days prior to the trip.
The meals that are not included are usually those where the group is on the move. Hence this is upto you whether you want to heave a meal or not. You are free to explore food joints and try various food items at your own expense.
Trekking shoes are not mandatory but, it will make the trek comfortable. Take a shoe with a good grip and high ankle support. It would be better if the shoes are waterproof.
A heart full of love for camping ! Other than that, basic camping equipment is provided by us like camps, sleeping bag and mattress and food.
While we do know how much you love your pets, we can't say the same about other travellers. So pets are NOT allowed on the trip. But don't worry, we can surely make some furry friends at our destinations.
