A well-known golf resort in Scotland was recently targeted in a demonstration against proposed changes concerning Gaza. Activists carried out the protest overnight, leaving a bold message on the property’s lawn that read, “Gaza Is Not For Sale,” while also applying red spray paint to the clubhouse’s exterior walls.

The group responsible for the demonstration stated that they oppose any efforts to dictate Gaza’s fate without the consent of its people. They emphasized that their actions were meant to highlight resistance against external control and intervention.

Local law enforcement reported receiving a complaint regarding damage to the resort early on Saturday morning and confirmed that an investigation is currently underway.

In response, the resort’s management condemned the act, labeling it as destructive and ensuring that business operations would not be impacted.

The status of Gaza remains unresolved after a ceasefire temporarily halted ongoing hostilities. However, discussions regarding the future of the region are still in progress, with no concrete resolutions in place.

Proposals advocating for the relocation of Gaza’s residents have been met with widespread rejection, reinforcing the determination of many to remain in their homeland.

The golf course involved in the protest is among a select group of venues eligible to host a prestigious international tournament. However, it has not been chosen for the event in recent years following its acquisition and renovations. Officials overseeing the competition previously stated that there are no imminent plans to return the tournament to this particular location.
