Stuttgart to Jeddah Direct Flights to Launch in Late 2025, Strengthening Saudi-Europe Air Links
Travelers between Germany and Saudi Arabia will soon have a new direct route, as Stuttgart is set to connect with Jeddah via non-stop flights in the latter half of 2025. The service, scheduled to operate twice weekly, was announced as part of the Saudi Air Connectivity Program’s (ACP) ongoing efforts to enhance international air access to the Kingdom.
The new route is being introduced in collaboration with the Saudi Tourism Authority and Jeddah Airports Co. It will be serviced by the Airbus A321neo, a fuel-efficient aircraft with a capacity of 224 seats, ensuring a comfortable journey for passengers.
This initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia’s broader aviation and tourism vision, which aims to significantly boost international travel to the Kingdom. The government has set ambitious targets to transport 330 million passengers across 250+ destinations and handle 4.5 million tonnes of air cargo by 2030. By strengthening air links with key European markets, Saudi Arabia is taking another step toward achieving these goals.
The ACP continues to drive Saudi Arabia’s National Tourism Strategy and Aviation Strategy by forging connections with global destinations, opening new air corridors, and strengthening existing routes. Through partnerships between public and private sector stakeholders, the ACP is reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s position as a leading global aviation hub, attracting more international visitors and enhancing economic growth through tourism.
