Three signature restaurants at The Londoner® Macao, operated by Sands China Ltd., have been recognized among Macao’s culinary elite, securing spots on Harper’s BAZAAR’s prestigious BAZAAR Taste Elite 2025 list for Hong Kong and Macao. The Huaiyang Garden, Chiado, and The Mews were honored as part of the BAZAAR Taste Elite 10 | Macao, highlighting Sands China’s dedication to maintaining high culinary standards and enhancing Macao’s dining scene. The announcement came during a ceremony on January 20, 2025, held at the AP House—the largest in Greater China and the first in Macao—located at Shoppes at Four Seasons.

Nestled in a serene setting reminiscent of traditional Chinese gardens, the two-Michelin-starred The Huaiyang Garden is led by celebrity master chef Zhou Xiaoyan, revered as the “Godfather” of Huaiyang cuisine. Chef Zhou infuses innovation and meticulous presentation into this esteemed tradition, recognized as one of the four great Chinese culinary traditions. Highlights from the menu include Steamed live crab with minced pork and 20-year-old Huadiao wine, Braised Hokkaido sea cucumber with shrimp roe, and Shredded bean curd with crab meat and egg white in superior soup.
At Michelin Selected Chiado, celebrity chef Henrique Sá Pessoa captures the essence of Portugal in a cozy, contemporary setting. The menu offers a modern take on Portuguese classics, with dishes like Suckling pig confit with turnip top purée and pickled onion pepper jus; ‘Cobblestreet’ salted cod with egg yolk and onion purée; and Monkfish and lobster rice enriched with tomato and coriander.
Michelin Selected The Mews, under the guidance of chef Nongnuch ‘Nuch’ Sae-eiw, presents a sophisticated exploration of Thai flavors. With over 20 years of experience in award-winning and Michelin-rated kitchens, Chef Nuch’s menu features must-try items such as Grilled Snake River Farm Wagyu beef with red curry and chakram leaves, and Crispy sago langoustine and herb salad with crispy fish cracker and ikura.
