Sabre Corporation (NASDAQ: SABR) and Virgin Australia, one of Australia’s largest airlines, have announced a strategic partnership to modernize Virgin Australia’s retailing capabilities through the phased implementation of SabreMosaic, an AI-driven platform designed to transform airline retailing.

Virgin Australia will become the flagship customer for SabreMosaic, a platform that brings the airline into the future of offer-and-order-based modern retailing. This collaboration marks a significant step forward for Virgin Australia in its goal to lead the airline industry in providing personalized, dynamic travel experiences while setting new standards for retailing.

The phased transition to SabreMosaic will enable Virgin Australia to integrate over 40 products across the retailing lifecycle, optimizing their offers and enhancing guest interactions. The airline will begin with the implementation of SabreMosaic Air Price IQ and SabreMosaic Ancillary IQ, which are part of the Offer Management suite.

In addition to the retailing innovations, Virgin Australia has extended its IT and GDS agreements with Sabre, ensuring continued distribution through Sabre’s global network.
