Actor Robert De Niro, in partnership with his Nobu Hospitality group, has revealed plans to open the highly anticipated Nobu Beach Inn on the picturesque Caribbean island of Barbuda in early 2026.
Spanning across 400 acres, the resort will be situated along a stunning two-mile stretch of beach on Barbuda’s southwest coastline. This luxurious project is a collaboration between De Niro, renowned hotelier Daniel Shamoon, and Australian billionaire James Packer. The site will also house the popular Nobu Barbuda restaurant.
The Nobu Beach Inn will offer 36 exclusive rooms, housed in 17 private bungalow cottages. The development will also include a residential section, with 25 beachfront villa lots now available for pre-sale.
Beyond the signature Nobu dining experience, the resort will feature a variety of other culinary offerings, a tranquil beachfront spa, an open-air gym, and dedicated yoga spaces. Guests can indulge in tailored experiences, such as sailing trips, gourmet picnics, and marine biology explorations, for a truly immersive stay.
Nobu Hospitality originated from the renowned Nobu restaurant brand, founded in the 1990s by actor Robert De Niro, acclaimed chef Nobu Matsuhisa, and film producer Meir Teper. Today, the hospitality division boasts over 40 hotels, both operational and in development.
