Eric Churchill’s journey with Meyer Jabara Hotels began in 2004 when he took on the role of General Manager at the Courtyard by Marriott Copley Square in Boston. Demonstrating exceptional leadership, he later transitioned to General Manager of the Providence Marriott in Rhode Island, where he developed his management skills while overseeing a larger property. His dedication and strategic vision led to his promotion to Senior Vice President of Operations in 2013. Throughout his 21-year career with Meyer Jabara Hotels, Churchill has consistently exemplified the values of The Journey culture, earning the prestigious Mirror of MJ Award for his commitment to cultural integrity and leadership.

A graduate of Johnson and Wales University, Churchill began his career in hospitality as an assistant executive housekeeper at Harvey DFW Airport after completing a management trainee program. Before joining Meyer Jabara Hotels, he gained valuable industry experience working with Bristol Hotels and Resorts. In his new role as Chief Operating Officer, Churchill will continue to be based in Providence, where he will lead strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance and guest satisfaction across the Meyer Jabara Hotels portfolio.
