Marriott International Returns with 2025 Luxury Dining Series Across Asia Pacific

Following the success of its inaugural edition, the Luxury Group by Marriott International has unveiled the highly anticipated return of its Luxury Dining Series, a multi-city gastronomic journey across Asia Pacific. From July to September 2025, this sophisticated culinary showcase will feature extraordinary events at world-renowned luxury hotels across Japan, Korea, India, Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand. Each property will host masterfully curated dining experiences, prepared by some of Marriott International’s most celebrated chefs and mixologists, delivering immersive encounters with regional flavors, cultural storytelling, and world-class hospitality.

Japan – The St. Regis Osaka | July 11–13

The series launches in vibrant Osaka, with an unmatched culinary celebration at The St. Regis Osaka. Headlining this edition is an exceptional collaboration between Chef Takato Kitano of Wajo and Teppanyaki expert Chef Yuki Oe of The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo. Together, they will highlight Japan’s signature produce, heirloom vegetables, and precise culinary traditions.

Guests will be treated to a refined cross-cultural dining experience as Michelin-starred Chef Agustin Balbi of Andō in Hong Kong collaborates with Chef Michiaki Yoshida of La Veduta to present a meticulously crafted tasting menu that harmoniously blends traditional Italian flavors with the precision and artistry of Japanese cuisine. Elevating the beverage program, The St. Regis Bar will host a distinguished 50 Best Bar Takeover by Hideyuki Saito of Gold Bar at The Tokyo EDITION, showcasing his acclaimed mixology through a curated cocktail lineup. The Osaka chapter of the series will conclude with a lavish culinary affair led by Brasserie RÉGINE’s Chef Takatoki Minagawa and the celebrated two-Michelin-starred Chef Ryuta Iizuka of Ryuzu, promising a grand finale rich in flavor and finesse.

Korea – JW Marriott Jeju Resort & Spa | July 17–20

Set amidst Jeju’s serene landscapes, this event celebrates Korea’s culinary richness. A Six-Hands Dinner by Paul Smart (Citrique, Australia), Ryan Byrne (Atria, Australia), and Jayden Kim (The Flying Hog) will spotlight the island’s land-and-sea treasures using time-honored techniques. Each chef brings accolades, including 14 Hats from the Australian Good Food Guide and recognition from La Liste 1000.

At The Lounge, Pastry Chef Sienna Wang and Chef Shigeru Nojima (JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo) will deliver a midsummer high tea, paired with tea-inspired cocktails by Yosuke Asano of The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto. Yeoumul’s brunch menu pays tribute to the legendary Haenyeo (female divers), with fresh seafood dishes by Chef Jin Lee and Chef Hirotaka Nakashima of The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka. Master Kim, a fermentation expert, and mixologist Asano will also lead a rare masterclass on Korean-Japanese liquor artistry.

India – JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa | July 31–August 3

In Bengaluru, the series delves into the opulence and depth of Indian gastronomy. Chef Riyaz Ahmed will headline Daawat-e-Aaleeshan, a regal culinary affair that brings to life the bold, diverse flavors of traditional Indian fare. Adding a whimsical touch, Culinary Director Neeraj Rawoot will craft a captivating farm-to-table experience inspired by the fantastical world of Alice in Wonderland, featuring seasonal ingredients freshly harvested from the resort’s own gardens.

The Five Elements Dinner brings together five chefs – Rawoot, Ahmed, Saiful Agam, Vu Van Thien, and Santosh Rawat – to present a sensory journey across taste and tradition. A Lazy Lakeside Brunch at EAST blends Korean BBQ, Omakase, and Cantonese flair by Chef Agam and Chef Thien. The Great Getaway Brunch offers cocktails, grills, desserts, and live music, while a bar takeover by Kuldeep Rawat and Simone Ciambrone of The Bvlgari Bar, Ginza, promises unforgettable libations.

Australia – The Ritz-Carlton, Perth | August 15–17

In Perth, the theme “East Meets West” will take center stage as Chef Brian Cole (Hearth) and Chef Katsuhito Inoue (Kyoto) create a fusion of Japanese kaiseki and Australian open-fire cooking. Their second collaboration, Farmers’ Bounty, is a tribute to Western Australia’s agricultural excellence.

Hearth’s afternoon tea experience, crafted with Pastry Chef Jiu Jiang, will celebrate local ingredients such as Margaret River Dairy and native bush spices. Cocktail lovers will enjoy creations from Marco Barsotti (Ritz-Carlton, Perth) and Kentaro Wada (Tokyo), paired with gourmet bites by Stephen Cocks.

Singapore – The St. Regis Singapore | August 29–31

Under the theme “Forgotten Flavors,” The St. Regis Singapore will bring time-honored Cantonese cuisine back into the spotlight at Yan Ting, where Executive Chinese Chef Chan Chung Shing will partner with Michelin-starred Chef Daniel Wong of The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong to reinterpret classic dishes with modern elegance. Meanwhile, The Astor Grill will host an extraordinary six-hands dinner, where Chefs Vladimir Veiga, Fabio Granata, and Angelo Sergio will merge refined European techniques with inventive local influences to craft an unforgettable gastronomic journey.

In honor of Singapore’s 60th year of independence, acclaimed pastry artists Angela Lai and Ng Chee Leong will reinvent the nation’s beloved desserts through a refined, contemporary lens, blending nostalgic flavors with artistic flair. Complementing the celebration, a dynamic cocktail collaboration will unfold as leading mixologists from Singapore, Bangkok, and Jakarta—such as Marco Dongi and Paulo Naranjo—come together to craft imaginative libations that reflect the spirit and diversity of Southeast Asia’s vibrant bar culture.

Indonesia – The St. Regis Jakarta | September 11–14

The culinary journey in Jakarta kicks off with an artisanal chocolate tasting curated by renowned Pastry Chef Janice Wong, showcasing the rich complexity of Indonesian cacao. Bringing a European twist, Michelin-starred Chef Arne Riehn of IGNIV Bangkok will introduce his signature take on contemporary Swiss cuisine to the local dining scene. Adding a distinctly Indonesian flavor, Chef Tino Gabriel will lead a communal-style feast inspired by the diverse culinary traditions of the archipelago, with the evening beginning in cultural splendor through a traditional Wayang performance that sets the tone for an immersive gastronomic experience.

An artistic afternoon tea, created by Janice Wong and Kevin Lee, will offer a luxurious bite-sized journey of bold desserts. Cocktail connoisseurs can attend a bar takeover by Yasuhiro Kawakubo and Giovanni Graziadei, who will spotlight punch-inspired creations honoring Batavia’s mixology history.

Thailand – The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok | September 25–28

The series concludes in Bangkok with culinary excellence at Duet by David Toutain. Chef Toutain and Chef Valentin Fouache will team up with Chef Adam Catterall (Roganic, Hong Kong) for a refined European tasting experience rooted in local Thai ingredients.

Further six-hands meals will feature French and Asian fusion by Chef Loïc Portalier and partners. A “Friends of Lily’s” brunch will blend Middle Eastern, Thai, and French cuisine by chefs Tala Bashmi, Jai, and Portalier. Guests can enjoy an exclusive Bahraini menu by Tala at a private dinner.

Calēo Bar will host Simone Rossi and Angelo Sparvoli (American Bar, The Savoy, London) for a world-class cocktail event. To close the festivities, a chocolate afternoon tea will offer tastings, live demonstrations, and insights into the craftsmanship of Pastry Chef Sylvain Constans.
