MakeMyTrip has launched an exciting initiative to meet the growing demand for international business-class travel, offering a 20 percent discount on fares through partnerships with 10 leading airlines, including Qantas, Malaysia Airlines, and Singapore Airlines.
In addition to these three, Air India, Air India Express, Oman Air, Air Astana, Turkish Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, and Vistara are also joining this campaign aimed at enhancing the business-class travel experience.
This move builds on the recent introduction of MakeMyTrip’s dedicated Business Class Funnel for international flights, designed to streamline the booking process for premium travelers.
The company’s decision aligns with insights from the How Indians Travel Abroad report, which highlights a 10 percent rise in searches for international business-class flights between 2023 and 2024.
While business-class travel has traditionally been associated with long-haul destinations like the USA and the UK, the report reveals a growing trend toward shorter routes, including Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Japan, and Saudi Arabia, making business-class experiences more accessible across a wider range of destinations.
