This The unique livery, titled the ‘JAL MYAKU-MYAKU JET,’ showcases Expo 2025 Osaka’s official mascot, MYAKU-MYAKU, along with various distinctive elements, and will be featured on select international routes. From June 2024 to August 2025, the 206-seat aircraft will connect Tokyo’s Haneda Airport with Seoul, Taipei, Dalian, Shanghai, and Ho Chi Minh City, as well as Tokyo’s Narita Airport with Bangkok, and Osaka’s Kansai International Airport with Bangkok and Taipei.
This is the second aircraft in the Japan Airlines fleet to sport the Expo 2025 Osaka theme, following the Embraer 190 from J-AIR, the airline’s regional branch operating out of Osaka International (Itami) Airport. The ‘JAL MYAKU-MYAKU JET’ serves to raise awareness about Expo 2025 Osaka, encouraging passengers from Japan and abroad to explore the event and other destinations across the country.
