
The Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB) is proud to announce the addition of three new Business Development Officers to its U.S. team, reinforcing its presence in key markets across the Northeast, Western, and Mid-Western regions. These strategic appointments aim to enhance JTB’s market influence and drive sustained growth throughout the United States.
New Leadership in Key U.S. Regions
- Ricardo Henry has been named Business Development Officer, Northeast, and will be based in Baltimore, Maryland. His territory includes Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Henry previously served as a Promotions & Events Officer at JTB’s headquarters in Kingston, Jamaica, bringing valuable experience in brand engagement and tourism promotion.
- Ray Lee joins as Business Development Officer, West, operating out of Dallas, Texas. His region covers New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, and Oklahoma. Before joining JTB, Lee worked as a Business Development Officer for Sandals Resorts, where he played a key role in driving tourism partnerships.
- O’Neil Walters has been appointed Business Development Officer, Mid-West, based in Cleveland, Ohio. He will oversee tourism development efforts in Michigan, Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Walters previously held the position of Senior Director of Global Marketing at the Dale Caldwell Foundation, where he specialized in strategic marketing initiatives.
These appointments reinforce JTB’s commitment to expanding Jamaica’s footprint in the U.S. market, strengthening industry relationships, and promoting the island as a premier travel destination.
