Hilton’s
India

Hilton’s largest hotel complex in India, built by Arabian Foundations and Works, is now complete, marking a major milestone in the country’s hospitality sector.

India’s Largest Hotel Complex by AFW Takes Shape in Bengaluru

AFW is developing India’s largest hotel complex in Bengaluru, featuring a 700-room Hilton Hotel & Hilton Garden Inn alongside a versatile Convention Centre. Spanning 2 million square feet, the project is designed to serve a bustling community of 100,000 people in one of the city’s key economic zones.

A Key Component of Embassy NXT

This hospitality and event hub is part of Embassy NXT, a five-building development within Embassy Manyata Business Park. AFW’s design integrates three distinct structures with adjacent office spaces through landscaped outdoor areas and an elevated podium, ensuring seamless connectivity.

Designed for the Urban Landscape

As the final addition to a high-density urban setting, the complex takes advantage of the site’s natural elevation to redefine luxury hospitality. The layout includes central courtyards that harmonize with the surroundings, while an elevated podium enhances accessibility. A public corridor runs along the site’s boundary, linking all five buildings into a cohesive network.

A Fluid and Engaging Public Space

A signature design element is a curved, free-standing concrete wall between the two hotels and the convention centre. This architectural feature introduces movement and rhythm to the pedestrian experience, softening the site’s linear layout and creating a dynamic public plaza.

Distinctive Architectural Identity

  • Hilton Hotel: A sleek, floating cuboid with a mirrored facade reflecting the cityscape. Inside, an open communal area features a tranquil water element and an extended all-day dining space.
  • Hilton Garden Inn: A striking pixelated facade made from ten shades of brick slip tiles, giving the building a unique visual character.
  • Convention Centre: A rooftop pool and event space for 600 guests, doubling as a banquet hall with an ETFE canopy for year-round events.

Commitment to Sustainability

AFW incorporated locally sourced materials to reduce both embodied and operational carbon. Black-tinted glass and burnt oak cladding create a cohesive look across the five buildings, while hexagonal tile cladding on the curved wall contrasts with the sleek glass facades, adding texture and depth.
