Women’s Golf Day (WGD) has joined forces with international golf travel specialist Golfbreaks to launch “WGD Travel,” a new initiative designed to offer exclusive golf travel packages and experiences tailored specifically for female golfers.

WGD Travel will feature comprehensive travel details, handpicked packages, and specially curated trips to renowned events and destinations, catering to a wide range of preferences from budget-friendly options to luxurious bespoke experiences. In celebration of WGD’s 10th anniversary, Golfbreaks will also host a special WGD event from 27 May to 3 June 2025, adding an exciting highlight to the festivities.

Both Women’s Golf Day (WGD) and Golfbreaks, as signatories of the R&A Women in Golf Charter, are dedicated to advancing women’s participation in golf. They are joining forces to provide numerous opportunities for women to engage in golf worldwide throughout the season, fostering a more inclusive and supportive environment for female golfers.

Drawing from her experience as a former PGA TOUR employee and avid traveler, Gaudet will share her top golf destinations, insights on professional tournaments, and local hidden gems through her monthly blog, “Birdie Eye View.” This blog will be featured on the WGD travel page and actively promoted through the WGD newsletter and social media channels.
