Ferns N Petals , a prominent player in the floral, gifting, and event management sectors, has appointed Abhishek Saklani as the new Head of Human Resources for its wedding, hospitality, and healthcare divisions. Abhishek will lead HR initiatives across several key areas: FNP Weddings & Venues, the recently launched FNP Fleur, and Shaadi Central under the wedding division; Udman Hotels & Resorts and U Kitchen catering service within hospitality; and the healthcare division, FNP Care, including the women-focused platform Women Listed. His primary objective will be to foster a dynamic and innovative culture, driving collaboration and excellence as FNP expands its presence.
Abhishek brings more than ten years of experience in human resources within the hospitality industry, having worked with renowned brands like Mahindra Holidays, Lemon Tree Hotels, and ITC Limited – Fortune Hotels. His expertise in aligning HR strategies with business objectives has been instrumental in enhancing employee retention, optimizing recruitment processes, and cultivating a growth-oriented, inclusive workplace.
