Dubai – Omniyat has officially announced the launch of its latest luxury project, The Alba, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, slated to open in 2028. This AED7 billion ($1.9 billion) beachfront “garden retreat” was unveiled at the recently concluded Monaco Yacht Show, marking another high-profile addition to Dubai’s luxury hospitality and residential market.

Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, The Alba will blend hospitality and residential living in a prime location on the Eastern Crescent of Palm Jumeirah. The property will offer breathtaking views of Dubai Marina, Burj Al Arab, and Burj Khalifa. The interiors and suites of the hotel will be crafted by renowned designers Gilles & Boissier, offering the Dorchester Collection’s signature service and elegance.

The Alba Residences will feature a range of spacious units, from two-bedroom furnished and three-bedroom unfurnished options to luxurious three- and four-bedroom simplex and duplex units, as well as opulent penthouses. Each residence will boast private pools, outdoor jacuzzis, and elevated sun platforms on expansive outdoor terraces.

Residents will have access to exclusive amenities, including private cabanas, sun loungers, social and entertainment areas, and the option to enjoy hotel facilities such as infinity pools, vitality pools, a fitness suite, dining options, beach areas, and a world-class spa. The wellness center will be operated by a global brand partner, set to be revealed next year.

The Alba will be the twelfth Dorchester Collection hotel globally and the second in the Middle East, following The Lana, Dorchester Collection, Dubai. It will also be the seventh residential property managed by Dorchester Collection in Dubai, further solidifying the brand’s presence in the region.
