The Emirati District, a new hub dedicated to empowering young Emirati entrepreneurs, has been inaugurated at Dubai International Airport (DXB).
This initiative, led by the Federal Youth Authority in partnership with the Fatima bint Mohamed bin Zayed Initiative, aligns with the National Youth Agenda 2031, aiming to bolster the contributions of young Emiratis to the national economy.
Strategic Location and Offerings
Situated between Concourses B and C in Terminal 3, the Emirati District provides a platform for young entrepreneurs to showcase their products and services to a diverse international audience. The hub offers access to resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities designed to accelerate business growth.

The district features several innovative Emirati-led enterprises, including:
- Amadal by Afnan Bushalat: A concept centered around creating products that offer a taste of home.
- Mira Farms by FBMI: A social enterprise empowering underprivileged communities, particularly female farmers, by providing global market access for their natural produce.
- Nuwa by Abdulaziz Al Jaberi: A brand celebrating the UAE’s agricultural heritage by using locally sourced ingredients to produce world-class quality products.

Leadership Perspectives
His Excellency Dr. Sultan bin Saif Al Neyadi, Minister of State for Youth Affairs, emphasized the leadership’s vision of placing youth at the forefront of the nation’s development journey. She emphasized the importance of flexible legislation and policies that foster a competitive and attractive environment for entrepreneurship and innovation. Al Mazrouei added that the Emirati District at DXB coincides with the launch of the Emirati Youth Entrepreneurship Council, underscoring the UAE’s commitment to nurturing youth entrepreneurship based on global best practices.
