The opening ceremony, led by Drew Daly, Senior Vice President and General Manager for Dream Vacations and CruiseOne, created an electrifying start to the event.

A standout workshop, “Hey ChatGPT, Book My Clients a Vacation! How to Use AI Tools to Be More Effective and Efficient,” led by AI expert Dave Birss, underscores the conference’s focus on innovation. Sales strategist Stuart Cohen will also share his expertise with a 15-step plan in “Instantly Engage More Prospects,” offering a strategic guide to building stronger connections with potential clients.
The conference continues its commitment to community impact through Make-A-Wish fundraising events, including a lively dance-off and a silent auction. This tradition, spanning 13 years, has helped World Travel Holdings raise over $1.6 million for the organization. This year, over 900 participants, including 600 travel advisors, have come together to learn, connect, and make a difference.
