These scholarships provide recipients with a transformative opportunity to participate in the Delta Girls LEAD! Camp in Accra, Ghana, where they will develop vital leadership and career skills.

The award announcement took place during the National Company of the Year competition held last November. The selected scholars will join a cohort of 45 other young women from Ghana, South Africa, and Nigeria for an immersive leadership development experience.
