This remarkable achievement marks the seventh consecutive year that Delhi Airport has been celebrated for its unwavering commitment to excellence in customer service.
The ASQ Awards, recognized globally as the ultimate benchmark for airport service, are awarded by Airports Council International (ACI). These award s highlight the world’s leading airports for the quality of their customer service, as rated by passengers themselves. The ASQ program stands as the only global initiative that measures passenger satisfaction while they are physically at the airport, encompassing over 400 airports across the globe. The awards derive from unbiased feedback, offering a comprehensive understanding of the passenger experience at airports.

In addition to this prestigious recognition, Delhi Airport recently joined the select group of airports worldwide with the capacity to accommodate 100 million passengers annually, further cementing its status as a key player in the global aviation industry.
The esteemed ASQ Awards Ceremony will take place on September 10, 2025, during ACI World’s annual Customer Experience Summit, which will be held from September 8 to 11 in Guangzhou, China.
