  • Cambria Hotel El Centro – Imperial: Opened in September, this new Cambria in Imperial, California, celebrates local history with murals depicting Imperial Valley’s vibrant heritage. This boutique hotel, featuring 108 guest rooms and 2,050 sq. ft. of meeting space, offers easy access to the Anza Borrego Desert State Park, Algodones Dunes, and the Imperial County Fairgrounds. It’s the fifth Cambria property in California, expanding the brand’s presence on the West Coast.
  • Cambria Hotel Pigeon Forge: Unveiled in October, Cambria Hotel Pigeon Forge is nestled near the Smoky Mountains, offering a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Guests are minutes away from Dollywood and local outdoor attractions, from hiking to fishing. The hotel boasts 118 rooms, 738 sq. ft. of meeting space, an outdoor pool with breathtaking views of Mt. LeConte, and onsite dining options. This is Cambria’s fourth property in Tennessee.
  • Cambria Hotel Spokane Airport: Marking Cambria’s debut in Washington, this new Spokane property opened in September, conveniently located near Spokane International Airport, Riverfront Park, and Gonzaga University. It features 91 rooms, 1,020 sq. ft. of meeting space, a restaurant with locally inspired flavors, and complimentary airport transportation, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

Upcoming Cambria Groundbreakings

  • Cambria Hotel Bend Oregon: Slated to open in 2026, this future Cambria will be situated near Oregon State University in Bend. With 131 rooms, it will cater to year-round visitors drawn to Bend’s outdoor attractions, including hiking, fishing, and skiing at the renowned Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort, a popular training spot for Winter Olympics athletes.
  • Cambria Hotel O’Fallon Missouri: Also opening in 2026, this Cambria Hotel will be located in the St. Louis metro area, marking the brand’s first location in Missouri. The 118-room property will support local demand driven by industries in manufacturing, aerospace, financial services, and data centers, with major companies like Citi, Mastercard, and Allianz nearby.

Choice Privileges Program and Franchise Support

These latest Cambria Hotels join a range of Choice Hotels’ upscale brands, including Radisson Blu, Radisson, and Radisson RED, in the award-winning Choice Privileges program. Enhanced features for the program, set to launch in early 2025, will provide members with more ways to redeem points, including options at over 7,000 hotels globally. With the Choice Privileges Mastercard, members can also accelerate point accumulation on everyday purchases.
