Breeze Airways has entered a new distribution agreement to make its content available on the Amadeus Travel Platform. This marks a major milestone in the airline’s growth journey and is the first agreement of its kind for Breeze.

Since launching in 2021, Breeze has been using Navitaire’s New Skies, a digital-first reservation, retail, and e-commerce solution from Amadeus. The low-cost airline is currently experiencing rapid expansion, which will be bolstered by this partnership. Through Amadeus, Breeze will offer travelers worldwide more options and provide a seamless shopping, booking, and servicing experience via travel sellers in over 190 countries.

David Neeleman, Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Breeze Airways, is an influential figure in global aviation, having previously co-founded innovative carriers including WestJet, JetBlue Airways and Azul Brazilian Airlines.

The opportunity will boost our market reach and ultimately, increase revenue across our airline.” David NeelemanChief Executive Officer and Founder, Breeze Airways.

As part of the distribution agreement, Breeze Airways will implement Amadeus eTicket Server. “At Amadeus, we are committed to providing the broadest selection of travel content for our traveler sellers customers and helping our airlines customers achieve their key business objectives.  The partnership with Breeze is more evidence of this commitment. The deal will bring significant benefits to travelers through online and offline channels, and will enable our travel sellers customers globally to offer enhanced choice with a seamless booking and servicing experience for Breeze flights.” Rajiv Rajian Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, Americas, Amadeus.

Since its launch in 2021, Breeze Airways has expanded its domestic network across the United States, now operating over 275 year-round and seasonal routes connecting 68 cities in 31 states. The airline’s fleet includes Embraer 190/195 and Airbus A220-300 aircraft, emphasizing efficient and affordable flights between secondary airports to reduce travel times by avoiding major hubs.
