Jessica Kaftor, a seasoned luxury sales professional, will now support the prestigious Etéreo in Riviera Maya, Hacienda Altagracia in Costa Rica, Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita, and the Chileno Bay Resort and Esperanza in Los Cabos, all under the Auberge Resorts Collection.

Kaftor’s extensive career in luxury sales includes her recent success as Cluster Senior Leisure Sales Manager for SLS Baha Mar and SLS Cancun. Her experience further spans key roles, including Area Sales Manager for Hersha Hospitality and Corporate Sales Manager at New York’s iconic Plaza Hotel, where she honed her expertise in catering to luxury clientele. Her background in luxury retail sales has also contributed to her keen understanding of high-end customer expectations and satisfaction.
