Air India Express rescheduled its Singapore-bound flight earlier due to a NOTAM issued by Singapore aviation authorities, informing passengers in advance.

The departure time of the Singapore-bound Air India Express flight was rescheduled earlier due to a NOTAM issued by Singapore aviation authorities, with passengers being informed on Tuesday, according to airline officials.

On Wednesday, 13 passengers missed the flight at Tiruchi International Airport following the change in schedule, which sparked a dispute between them and the airline staff.

Flight IX 682, typically scheduled to depart at 4:25 p.m., took off at 3:00 p.m. instead, as the NOTAM issued by Singapore prompted the adjustment, Air India sources confirmed.
