Hôtel Martinez has unveiled its new Martinez Bar, a chic, vinyl-inspired speakeasy that welcomes both hotel guests and locals. Featuring live DJ sets and rare vinyl records, the bar also offers exclusive sharing plates curated by Chef Jean Imbert. This addition makes Hôtel Martinez the only hotel in Cannes with two distinct and unique bars.

Designed by Remi Tessier, the interior reflects the luxurious ambiance of La Palme d’Or, the hotel’s renowned gourmet seafood restaurant. The space is adorned with Tiffany lamps, damask and chlorophyll fabric sofas, Persian rugs, and a ceiling decorated with red glass and gold leaf. Columns dressed in moiré fabric, mirror, and glass house built-in speakers, enhancing the immersive sound experience.

The bar’s soundtrack is curated by a New York record store, frequented by Chef Jean Imbert. The menu, crafted by his team and executed by Chef Alexandre Elia, includes dishes like ‘caviar caviar’—imperial golden caviar paired with aubergine dip, Jean Imbert’s signature avocado, Niçoise-inspired socca, and crispy langoustines.

The cocktail menu, designed like a vinyl record, features drinks inspired by the 1930s style and reimagined classic cocktails. Delphine Grossman, who brings vast experience from luxury bars around the world such as La Mamounia Marrakech and Hotel Royal Savoy Lausanne, will oversee the bar and its offerings.

The Martinez Bar is open from 6 PM to 2 AM five days a week, with daily service during peak season.
