Airports Council International (ACI) World, together with travel tech leader Amadeus, proudly unveiled the 2024 winners of the ASQ Airport Experience Awards. Celebrated as the gold standard for measuring airport service quality, these awards are voted on solely by travelers.

The ASQ Awards derive their data from the most extensive, trustworthy global survey dedicated to airport experiences. This program captures instantaneous feedback from travelers via live surveys conducted at airports around the world. Its stringent methodology offers an accurate reflection of varied passenger experiences, providing the only survey that allows for equitable comparisons among airports.

Highlights from the 2024 ASQ Awards: The year 2024 was pivotal for the ASQ program, witnessing nearly 700,000 completed surveys and more than half of the globe’s travelers visiting ASQ-rated airports, highlighting its crucial influence in setting worldwide service standards. A record 181 ASQ Awards were distributed to 95 airports internationally, acknowledging their dedication to outstanding passenger service.
