In a strategic move to enhance its digital offerings, JetBlue has named Josh Weiss as its new Vice President of Technology Products, effective March 11, 2025. Reporting directly to Carol Clements, the airline’s Chief Digital and Technology Officer, Weiss will be responsible for overseeing the company’s expansive digital product portfolio. His role will focus on exploring and implementing innovative technological solutions aimed at improving experiences for both customers and crewmembers.

Weiss brings a wealth of experience to JetBlue, having spent the last several years as Vice President of Guest Digital Products at IHG Hotels & Resorts. His previous leadership roles at prominent companies like Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Delta Air Lines further solidify his expertise in driving digital transformation within the travel and hospitality sectors. With a career spanning 25 years, Weiss has developed and implemented technology products for global brands, focusing on the aviation and hospitality industries.
