BOC Aviation Limited has appointed Ms. Wen Lan as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective March 1, 2025. With this appointment, she assumes responsibility for overseeing key financial operations, including Accounting and Reporting, Board Secretariat, Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Control, Tax, Treasury, and Settlement.

Ms. Wen steps into the role following the retirement of Mr. Wu Jianguang, who concluded his tenure on February 28, 2025. Her appointment marks a strategic move by BOC Aviation to fortify its financial leadership as it navigates the evolving aviation landscape. With a strong background in corporate finance and risk management, she brings valuable expertise in optimizing financial performance and driving sustainable growth.

Ms. Wen previously served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at BOC Aviation, based in Singapore, a role she has held since joining the company in September 2024. Before that, she held several key leadership positions within the Bank of China, including Deputy General Manager of the Financial Management Department, General Manager of the Financial Management Department at BOC’s Sydney branch, and President of the BOC Brisbane branch. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Tsinghua University and is a Certified Public Accountant in China, a Certified Practising Accountant in Australia, and a Certified Management Accountant in the United States.
