Six Senses has introduced Female Wellness programs, the latest embodiment of its integrated wellness philosophy, designed to support women through perimenopause, menopause, and overall well-being. These personalized 3-, 5-, or 7-day journeys provide the tools and knowledge to help women balance hormones and metabolism during times of transition and throughout their monthly cycle.
Set within the tranquil surroundings of Six Senses resorts, these programs offer a chance to disconnect from daily stressors and explore the science and wisdom of the female body. Each experience delves into hormonal cycles, fasting techniques, blood sugar regulation, body composition changes, and sexual wellness. Guests undergo a non-invasive Wellness Screening to measure key biometric markers, followed by Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) to track blood sugar levels in alignment with their hormonal rhythms.
