US-Bangla Airlines now offers daily direct flights from Dhaka and Chattogram to Abu Dhabi, expanding its UAE network and strengthening air connectivity.

US-Bangla Airlines has launched daily direct flights from Dhaka and Chattogram to Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The inaugural flight, a Boeing 737-800 carrying 174 passengers, departed from Chattogram for Abu Dhabi at 5:50 PM on Friday. It was scheduled to arrive in Abu Dhabi at 9:10 PM local time and then take off for Dhaka at 10:10 PM, reaching Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 4:50 AM on Saturday.

Abu Dhabi is now the third destination in the UAE served by US-Bangla Airlines. The airline will operate direct flights between Dhaka and Abu Dhabi on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, while flights on the Dhaka-Chattogram-Abu Dhabi route will run on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

US-Bangla Airlines officials believe that these flights will help strengthen connections between Bangladesh and the UAE. Senior airline representatives were present in Dhaka and Chattogram to see off passengers on the first flight.

In addition to Abu Dhabi, US-Bangla Airlines also flies to Dubai, Sharjah, Muscat, Doha, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Male, Bangkok, Guangzhou, Kolkata, and Chennai.

Domestically, the airline operates flights from Dhaka to several key cities, including Cox’s Bazar, Chattogram, Sylhet, Saidpur, Jashore, and Rajshahi.

To meet growing demand, US-Bangla Airlines has increased its Dhaka-Chennai flights to 11 per week, adding four more flights starting April 19.
