Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa has rolled out over $65 million in resort enhancements, designed to transform the guest experience. Highlights include the return of the Fresh Harvest Buffet, a revamped gaming area debuting on Thursday, January 23, and newly renovated smoke-free hotel rooms available for booking now.

“We are extremely excited about taking our world-class resort to yet another level,” said Steve Bonner, President, Seminole Hard Rock Tampa. “We’re always attentive to what our guests want and need. They asked and we delivered.”

Fresh Harvest Buffet Makes a Delicious Comeback

The beloved Fresh Harvest Buffet reopens on Thursday, January 23, with new offerings to delight diners. Featuring six live-action kitchens, the buffet offers themed stations, including the all-new International Station with a taqueria, kebabs, and sushi, alongside classic favorites.

The reopening is a significant milestone for the resort, creating 200 jobs and bringing the casino’s workforce to 4,293, reaffirming its role as a vital employer in Tampa Bay.

Buffet Hours and Pricing

The buffet will operate from Thursday to Sunday, with:

  • Thursday & Friday: Lunch (11:30 a.m.–4 p.m.) at $29.95, Dinner (4 p.m.–10 p.m.) at $39.95.
  • Saturday & Sunday: Brunch (10 a.m.–4 p.m.) at $44.95, featuring custom omelets, oysters Rockefeller, and French toast. Dinner (4 p.m.–10 p.m.) is $49.95.

Guests can elevate their brunch experience with a $15 mimosa package.

Hot New Gaming Experience

Starting January 23, a new gaming area replaces the former food court, featuring nearly 350 state-of-the-art slot machines with themes like Aristocrat’s Dragon Link and Phoenix Link, Light & Wonder’s Huff N’ Puff series, and IGT’s Money Mania.

The space offers multi-denomination machines with bets ranging from 1 cent to $5, catering to all levels of play. With a sleek, modern design, the new gaming floor creates a dynamic and fun environment.

“After introducing live craps, roulette, and sports betting just over a year ago, we believe the new slots area just adds to the fully integrated casino experience for our guests,” said Bonner. “Last month, we celebrated $2 billion in jackpots for 2024, so clearly this is the luckiest place to be!”

Renovated Smoke-Free Accommodations in the West Tower

The West Tower debuts 240 newly renovated smoke-free rooms, including Deluxe Rooms, Junior Suites, and the Gold Suite, all maintaining the resort’s AAA Diamond rating. Inspired by the brand’s iconic music heritage, the tower features artwork crafted from vinyl records, celebrating contemporary music legends.

By the end of January, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel Tampa will boast 802 luxurious guestrooms, ensuring a premium stay for every guest.

With these enhancements, Seminole Hard Rock Tampa continues to set the standard for entertainment, dining, and hospitality in the region.
