Starting May 12, the carrier will link Madrid with Istanbul Airport, utilizing its state-of-the-art Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner to provide passengers with a premium travel experience. Initially scheduled to operate four times per week, the route will transition to daily service beginning July 7. The Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, known for its comfort and efficiency, will serve the route, catering to travelers from both Madrid and Istanbul with seamless connections. Flight UX1683 is set to depart Madrid at 09:10, landing in Istanbul at 13:55, while return flight UX1684 will leave Istanbul at 15:40, arriving back in Madrid at 18:50. Air Europa’s launch of non-stop flights to Istanbul positions it as the second Spanish airline to serve this route, alongside Barcelona-based low-cost carrier Vueling.
