Grand Hyatt

The Grand Hyatt brand, known for its global presence and commitment to exquisite detail and grand experiences, is set to broaden its reach with plans to launch over ten new properties by 2027. This expansion will include several strategic new markets worldwide, following the recent launches at destinations like Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, Grand Hyatt Barcelona, and Grand Hyatt Kuwait Residences.

“The Grand Hyatt brand has a rich legacy, offering a front-row seat to key corners of the globe, providing a backdrop for our members and guests to savor more memorable moments – whether they are traveling with family to discover cultural wonders or gathering with colleagues to enrich connections,” said Emily Wright, Vice President, Global Brand Leader for Grand Hyatt. “With the upcoming planned openings and the re-investment into existing hotels, we continue to bring the timeless Grand Hyatt brand experience to our guests in more captivating destinations, from Mexico to China.”

Expanding Horizons with Grand Hyatt

The expansion of the Grand Hyatt portfolio is characterized by luxurious settings and extensive amenities designed to attract both leisure and business travelers. For instance, Grand Hyatt Barcelona, the brand’s pioneer in Spain, opened in April 2024 and boasts 465 sophisticated guestrooms, premium wellness facilities, and ample meeting spaces. Similarly, the Grand Hyatt Kuwait Residences introduced in December 2023 offers a plush residential experience with 33 floors of luxury living in the vibrant Sabah Al Salem area.

Scheduled for a November 2024 opening, Grand Hyatt Deer Valley represents the brand’s debut in Utah, nestled within the newly developed Deer Valley East Village. The property will offer 436 high-end rooms and suites, several dining options including a ski bar and a coffee bistro, and extensive event facilities adjacent to the ski slopes.
