Air Serbia has celebrated a major milestone by welcoming its four millionth passenger of 2024, setting a new record by achieving this figure nearly a month ahead of its 2023 performance. The milestone highlights the airline’s growing popularity and operational efficiency, underscoring its commitment to excellence in aviation.
Throughout the summer season, Air Serbia expanded its network to include over 90 destinations across Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America. Known for maintaining one of the youngest fleets in the region, the airline operates a diverse range of aircraft, including three Airbus A330-200, three Airbus A320-200, ten Airbus A319-100, ten ATR 72-600, and one Embraer E-195. Besides its primary hub at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, the airline also operates from Morava International Airport near Kraljevo and Niš Constantine the Great Airport, solidifying its position as Serbia’s leading carrier.
In recognition of its exceptional achievements in air transport, Air Serbia was honored at the prestigious 50th annual awards ceremony in Dubai in May 2024. The airline was inducted into the Air Transport World (ATW) Hall of Fame, a testament to its unwavering dedication to providing world-class services and advancing the aviation industry.
