Emirates has reaffirmed its commitment to professional golf by renewing its partnership with the DP World Tour as the Official Airline and Marketing Partner until the close of 2031.
The partnership underscores Emirates’ ongoing support for an international series of DP World Tour tournaments, spanning continents and culminating in the iconic DP World Tour Championship in Dubai, one of golf’s most prestigious events.

Throughout the extended agreement, Emirates will benefit from prominent branding at tournaments across the globe. Additionally, the airline will capitalize on marketing opportunities via the Tour’s digital and media platforms, premium hospitality privileges, and exclusive Pro-Am event participation.
Emirates will maintain its status as Official Tournament Partner at 15 events each season on the DP World Tour calendar. It will also continue sponsoring the Virtual Eye feature—a cutting-edge graphics system providing real-time player positioning, flyover visuals, and 3D course models. This system is prominently featured in live broadcasts and on the Tour’s website and social channels, ensuring year-round visibility for the airline.
The Emirates Fly Better Moments digital series will also continue to excite fans by highlighting the most thrilling on-course moments throughout the season.
As a longstanding advocate for golf, Emirates’ relationship with the DP World Tour spans over three decades. It began in 1989 with its title sponsorship of the Dubai Desert Classic, evolving into partnerships with The Race to Dubai and the DP World Tour Championship in 2009. By 2014, Emirates became the Tour’s Official Airline and Official Tour Partner.
Since 2009, Emirates has transported more than 800 professional golfers to Dubai for the season-ending DP World Tour Championship. Annually, the tournament draws over 60,000 fans eager to witness world-class players compete for the coveted Race to Dubai title, cementing Emirates’ role as a cornerstone of global golf excellence.
