At the World Travel Market in London, Minister of Tourism Hon. This new direct route is expected to further drive UK arrivals, offering a faster, more convenient connection between the UK and Jamaica’s tourism hub, making travel to the island easier for British visitors.
“This is an exciting development for Jamaica’s tourism industry which will make it even more seamless to get to the island” said Minister of Tourism, Hon Edmund Bartlett. “Securing this non-stop flight from a major hub like London Heathrow with Virgin Atlantic is a great addition and will substantially boost airlift and access to our destination.”
