With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Cariappa is renowned for her sharp business acumen, strategic thinking, and operational expertise. Her career began at Le Méridien Bengaluru’s front office, and her ambition led her to transition into sales and marketing roles. Since 2005, she has held various leadership positions within Marriott International’s Global and National Sales Offices, where she earned numerous accolades for her exceptional contributions. Known for her visionary leadership, she excelled in driving revenue generation through sales and operations management.

In her most recent role as hotel manager at Four Points by Sheraton, Visakhapatnam, Cariappa successfully oversaw the 123-room property, garnering recognition for enhancing operational performance, guest satisfaction, and team development.

Cariappa is celebrated in the industry for her ability to inspire and build high-performing teams that achieve exceptional results. She is committed to nurturing the growth and development of her team through empathetic leadership and a passion for excellence.
