TAV Airports, part of Groupe ADP, celebrated the recognition of four of its airports—Izmir Adnan Menderes, Milas-Bodrum, Skopje, and Zagreb—as the ‘best airports’ in their respective categories. These prestigious awards were based on passenger evaluations and presented at the ACI World’s Customer Experience Summit and Exhibition, held this year in Atlanta, USA.

TAV Airports COO Kürşad Koçak said, “As TAV Airports, we operate 15 airports in 8 countries. Together with our service companies, we have a global footprint in 110 airports across 33 countries. We closely monitor the needs and expectations of our passengers in every area we serve, striving to offer them the best travel experience. We are proud that four of our airports have been ranked among the best in the world for customer experience, based on passenger evaluations. We view this achievement as a result of our experienced workforce and accumulated knowledge. I would like to thank all our employees who have contributed to making us a globally preferred brand in airport operations.”

Izmir Adnan Menderes, Skopje, and Milas-Bodrum airports were honored as the “Best Airport in Europe” in their respective passenger capacity categories. Izmir Adnan Menderes also stood out by winning the award for “Easiest Airport Journey in Europe,” recognizing its superior transit convenience. Additionally, it was acknowledged as the “Cleanest Airport in Europe,” “Most Enjoyable Airport in Europe,” and “Airport with the Most Dedicated Staff in Europe,” making it one of only nine airports to receive awards in five categories across all regions.

Zagreb Airport also earned a top spot with its recognition for “Easiest Airport Journey in Europe,” securing its place among the elite eight airports on the ACI World Director General’s Roll of Excellence. This accolade is reserved for airports that have consistently won multiple ASQ awards over a five-year span within the last decade.

ACI’s Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program continues to set the global standard for assessing and improving the airport customer experience. Last year, more than half of the world’s travelers passed through ASQ-participating airports. With nearly 600,000 surveys conducted, covering over 30 key performance indicators, the program offers invaluable insights into the present and future of air travel.
