Carnival Cruise Line has announced an extensive array of dining and beverage outlets at its new exclusive destination, Celebration Key, located on Grand Bahama, which is set to open in July 2025. The offerings will feature over 30 outlets, including four full-service restaurants, a food hall, nine food trucks, snack shacks, kiosks, and bars offering a variety of cuisines from Bahamian specialties to classic beachside favorites.

Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line, emphasized the importance of great food and drink as part of the Carnival experience, ensuring that guests will have a variety of options to choose from while enjoying their day at Celebration Key.

Dining Experiences at Celebration Key Located at Calypso Lagoon, Mingo’s Tropical Bar & Kitchen will serve Bahamian favorites like fried fish and conch fritters, along with classic burgers and seafood. Surf N’ Sauce BBQ & Brews will provide slow-smoked meats with craft beer from local Bahamian breweries. At Starfish Lagoon, Gill’s Grill will offer Caribbean seafood and a variety of kid-friendly meals.

The Captain’s Galley Food Hall will include five outlets offering a range of items from burgers to Mediterranean bowls. Additionally, food trucks and snack shacks throughout the area will serve beachside classics and Bahamian delights like conch fritters.

Unique Beverage Experiences For guests seeking refreshment, Celebration Key will offer swim-up bars, like Long Necks Bar at Calypso Lagoon and Parrotfish Swim Up Bar at Starfish Lagoon. The Sunshine Swings Bar will provide a more relaxed atmosphere with 40 swings for seating, while Suncastle Grounds Coffee and Yumshine Scoops will provide caffeine fixes and ice cream treats.

Exclusive Pearl Cove Beach Club For guests 18 and older, Pearl Cove Beach Club will offer an elevated dining experience, with a restaurant and swim-up bar set in an infinity pool overlooking the beach.

Island Eats Offer Carnival will also offer an “Island Eats” package, where guests can enjoy one complimentary meal at snack shacks or food trucks, or opt for 25% off an entrée at full-service restaurants, excluding Pearl Cove Beach Club.
